On 28 and 29 Jun 23, the 2023 HELBROC Battle Group (BG) Plenary was held in Larnaca, Cyprus at the premises of the Joint Rescue Coordination Centre (JRCC).
The meeting was attended by Representatives/Staff Officers of the Hellenic National Defence General Staff (HNDGS), the Hellenic Army General Staff (HAGS), the Hellenic EU OHQ and of the participating nations in the HELBROC BG, Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Cyprus and Serbia.
The purpose of the Plenary was to discuss the upcoming stand-by periods, the BG structure upgrade and the future training activities.
The meeting was opened by the Chief of the Cypriot National Guard Lieutenant General Demokritos ZERVAKIS.
